Saga Incorporated is a privately owned company formed in 1998 by Tim Morrison a long time Food Service Director at Hillsdale College and prior to Hillsdale College, over 45 years in the food service industry. Saga was formed and specifically customized to service Hillsdale College.  The management team is made up of a selected group of professional, dedicated individuals with diverse culinary and business skills that all point toward the common goal...fine food, complete satisfaction, friendly and efficient service.
